My Hurlingham
Everything you need to know about the launch of the new Club App
Nurturing Future Growth
As summer brightens the grounds of the Hurlingham Club, we celebrate a spring season that sowed the seeds for innovative developments – ushering in a time of promising new growth. In this spirit of renewal, we’re continuing to develop ‘My Hurlingham,’ an initiative that is preparing to sprout and evolve in alignment with the changing needs of our community.
During the spring months, we have laid the groundwork for what we hope will become a valuable part of your Club experience – the My Hurlingham mobile app. The launch of the app represents the beginning of a journey towards a fully-developed member experience. We’re planting the seeds for this digital transformation in the hope that it will mature through continuous feedback and adaptation.
As we look to the warmer months, our focus remains on refining and enhancing the preliminary features of this digital service. The initial rollout of the My Hurlingham app is designed to be a starting point, from which we will grow and expand functions based on how you, our members, engage with it. This approach ensures that our digital enhancements will be cultivated carefully and thoughtfully.
This summer, we encourage each member to prepare for the new possibilities that the My Hurlingham app will offer. Engage with us, share your expectations, and help us nurture this digital seedling into a robust feature of our Club. Together, we can develop a Club experience that blooms with innovation, whilst still deeply rooted in our enduring traditions.
App know how
What is My Hurlingham?
My Hurlingham is a combination of a mobile app and web-based services designed to support your engagement with the Club. Already 70% of our members use smartphones and mobile devices to book event tickets, sports courses and courts, register guests and more.
My Hurlingham is designed to significantly improve and simplify the process of discovering events, booking a place or ticket, inviting guests and making payments. Not all of these services will be available at launch, rather, the app will develop throughout 2024 to eventually provide a seamless experience across our major offerings.
When will it be launched?
My Hurlingham will soft launch in May 2024. Additional communications will follow as new features are developed and released throughout the year.
Who can use it?
My Hurlingham will be available to all members. We are aiming to ensure all services are available across all Apple and Android mobile devices, as well as most web browsers.
What will it do?
The app will initially focus on guest registrations and tickets for the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic. It will also provide a basic member profile and Club information.
The app will eventually feature the following integrations throughout 2024:
- Digital membership card (replacing the existing Gallagher app)
- Club Card balance, payments and transaction history
- Sports and fitness bookings
- Food and beverage reservations
- Event bookings
- Integration with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
How do I get it?
Once launched, members will be able to download and install My Hurlingham from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Our front-of-house staff will be fully trained on the platform before the launch and will be on hand to assist with any questions.
Where can I find out more information?
My Hurlingham Forum, Apple App Store and Google Play Store (coming soon).
