Thank you!
Our supporters and volunteers are enabling us to have a positive impact on our local community
The Foundation staff and Trustees would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported our recent fundraising efforts by buying a raffle ticket at the Fête Champêtre, or bidding on the silent auction at the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic. Collectively these two events raised almost £35,000 for the Foundation, that can now be spent on supporting people in the local community who need it most.
We would also like to extend an even bigger thank you to the incredible team of volunteers
We would also like to extend an even bigger thank you to the incredible team of volunteers who continue to support these events, helping us to raise funds, spread the word, and keep us all going in our busy periods. We really could not do it without you.
Coming Up Next
The Foundation Turns Three!
To celebrate the Foundation’s birthday, we will be holding two full weeks of celebrations from Monday 26 August to Sunday 8 September.
During this period, you will see opportunities to support the Foundation throughout the Club, and as part of the celebrations, you can get involved by:
- Signing up to our Zumbathon. Join our incredible instructors on the morning of Hurlingham Sunday on 8 September from 10am-12noon in the MUGA. Tickets are £20 and spaces will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
- Supporting our Tombola. This will take place from 12noon onwards on Hurlingham Sunday in the Terrace Room. Pay £1 to have a go and you might take home a great prize!
You can also help us by:
- Click here to join our mailing list. This helps us by ensuring that we can continue to communicate information about our work to members, whilst remaining GDPR compliant.
- Setting up a direct debit to become a regular donor to the Foundation. Regular donations help us to plan bigger and better projects in the community as it gives us more financial sustainability. Email sarah.williams@hurlinghamclub.org.uk to set this up.
- Following us on Instagram. You can find us at @hurlinghamclubfoundation
- Supporting our World Alzheimer’s Day Bake Sale on Friday 20 September – come and see us on the day and buy a slice of cake or volunteer by helping us with our bake sale stand or by donating some baked goods for us to sell.
To sign up to participate in any of our events or to join us as a volunteer, please email sarah.williams@hurlinghamclub.org.uk for more information.
